Coastal Precast Systems is ideally located on a 35 acre site on the Elizabeth River in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Elizabeth River is a gateway to points to the south for the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway, an inland path from the ocean providing a more sheltered navigable waterway to Florida for commercial boating. Our 35 acre site includes an 120,000 square foot modern indoor manufacturing facility, three docks for loading barges, one 200′ x 56′ dock for ABS barge, access to railroad delivery, and an 150 cubic yard per hour concrete batch plant.

Our large indoor facility gives CPS the advantage of manufacturing your precast/prestressed concrete products on time year round while being protected from the weather.

CPS services the entire eastern United States. Our precast/prestressed products are delivered to your job site using either barge or conventional land-based transportation (truck or rail). Given CPS’s ideal location and on site equipment, CPS offers multiple options for transporting your precast products.
