Coastal Precast Systems manufactures a patented sound absorbing noise wall named, "WHISPER-WALL." Whisper- Wall was designed to meet the noise abatement needs of our ever expanding transportation system. It specializes in sound absorbing noise abatement for highways, railroads, airports and mass transit.
Whisper-Wall effectively absorbs unwanted noise by blending controlled amounts of recycled rubber tire chips with specialized aggregate, admixtures and cement. Since 1992, Coastal Precast Systems has manufactured miles of sound absorbing noise walls using the patented Whisper-Wall technology.
Whisper-Wall effectively reduces unwanted noise and contributes to a cleaner environment. Millions of unwanted scrap tires have been recycled into aggregate and used in Whisper-Wall.
