In 1992, Coastal Precast Systems developed and patented a sound absorbing noise wall system and named it "Whisper-Wall." Whisper-Wall
absorbs up to 80 percent of the sound energy emitted from outdoor noise sources such as highways, railways, electrical substations,
pumping stations and airports.
Over the years, CPS has manufactured miles of sound absorbing noise walls using its Whisper-Wall
