Coastal Precast Systems' origin began in 1946 when our founder, John "Jack" Ogorchock started a trucking company in Brookville, Pennsylvania. As the company kept pace with the rapidly growing post-war economy, Jack noticed that the construction industry was suffering from a lack of suppliers. After purchasing a concrete ready mix batch plant and three delivery mixers, the company soon gained the reputation of providing excellent service and quality concrete to the construction market. Coastal Precast Systems continues its tradition as a family business with the third generation of Ogorchock's. Paul's son, Brian Ogorchock is the plant manager in Chesapeake and Paul's daughter, Kristen Ogorchock Neal is the AP/AR manager in Chesapeake. CPS continues its tradition of the family business while continuously providing quality product, service and introducing new and innovative ideas.

For over 60 years, DuBrook Inc. has continued to meet the changing demands of the construction industry using new, innovative ideas with a commitment to quality and service. In the late 1980's, Concrete Precast Systems emerged from the DuBrook family of companies with Jack's son, Paul Ogorchock as owner and president of CPS. In 2007, Concrete Precast Systems' name was changed to Coastal Precast System.
